Working Group University Teaching

The primary goal of the Working Group University Teaching is the exchange of information and suggestions between the university lecturers from the university institutes where the food chemistry university courses is offered. In discussions on current topics, mutually agreed opinions should preferably be developed. Other fixed items on the agenda are reports by the chairman of the LChG and the editor of the journal “ food chemistry”. The working group consists of around 40 active members.
