scholarship program of the GDCh Division of Medicinal Chemistry

The Division of Medicinal Chemistry promotes the participation of young scientists in selected Conferences (e.g. the " Frontiers in Medicinal Chemistry " Division conference ) by awarding travel scholarships.

Framework conditions:

 

• Target group: Students during their bachelor's and master's thesis, doctoral students
• Prerequisite: active participation in the event, i.e. lecture or poster presentation
• All scholarship holders are requested to mention the support from the GDCh Division of Medicinal Chemistry in their lecture or on their poster.

To enable early-career researchers (BSc, MSc, and PhD students) to actively participate (poster or oral presentation) in FiMC 2026, the Division of Medicinal Chemistry is awarding a limited number of scholarships of up to €300 each. Applications for scholarships can be submitted by email to Maike Fries (GDCh Office) up to three weeks before the conference (March 3, 2026) with the subject line "Conference Scholarship FiMC 2026". The complete application documents include the following:

 

• Completed application form,
• Confirmation of acceptance of the conference paper,
• Proof of registration for the Conference.
