Food Chemistry Days

The Food Chemistry Days are one of the most important and successful national events of the German Food Chemistry Society (LChG), focusing on selected key topics. Not only do working groups present their activities, but experts from all areas of food chemistry also contribute to the program with lectures and posters. The best posters are awarded prizes each year. The event also includes a company exhibition, a job fair organized by the Young food chemistry Group (WG JLC), and further workshops offered by the WG JLC.
