Online lecture series "Thinking outside the box"

The LChG's Online lecture series "Thinking Outside the Box" was launched during the 2021 COVID-19 pandemic and takes place annually. The series covers a wide range of topics that extend beyond pure food chemistry , addressing current developments and interdisciplinary aspects. The lectures are given by experts from various fields and are sometimes made available via YouTube. Topics include, for example, the Tobacco Products Act, the legal assessment of consumer goods, and the monitoring of cosmetics. The lecture series provides a platform for the exchange of knowledge and experience and contributes to a deeper understanding of the various facets of food chemistry and its related disciplines.
