Board election for the term of office 2027–2030

The term of office of the board of the GDCh Division of Electrochemistry ends on December 31, 2026, and you as members of the Division are called upon to nominate candidates for the board election.

According to the bylaws of the Division , the Board consists of a maximum of eight members (1 Chair, 1 Deputy Chair, and a maximum of 6 additional members), each elected for a term of four years. Universities and industry should be equally represented on the board. One re-election is permitted.

After two terms, Prof. Dr. Mehtap Özaslan is ineligible to run for another term. Prof. Philipp Adelhelm and Dr. Christoph Gütz are also not available for another term. We would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere gratitude to all of them for their many years of dedicated and successful service to the Division and the German Chemical Society (GDCh) as a whole.
