ADUC Prize

As part of the Chemiedozententagung , the ADUC awards the ADUC Prize to up to three young scientists (postdoctoral qualification, junior professorship, scholarship or tenure track) who are striving for permanent employment in the German scientific landscape for establishing an independent research area in chemistry. The award is accompanied by a certificate, a book prize and prize money of 4,000 euros each. Nominations and self-nominations should be made no later than eight years after the completion of the doctorate and before taking up a permanent/permanent professorship. The establishment of the independent research area must be demonstrated by publications in relevant scientific journals .

The price is currently not advertised.

ADUC Awards 2025
