Awards & Honors from the GDCh Division of Detergent Chemistry

At irregular intervals, the Division of Detergent Chemistry awards the “Division Award” for deserving personalities in the field of detergent chemistry.

Division Award & previous awardees

The Division of Detergent Chemistry of the German Chemical Society (GDCh) awards – provided that the nominations/applications are worthy of an award – an annual Young Scientist Award for an outstanding bachelor’s thesis, a master’s/approval thesis and a dissertation with particular relevance to the development of detergents and cleaning agents.

At its annual meeting, the European Detergents Conference (EDC), the Division awards up to four poster prizes.
