In the nationwide ranking of the Center for University Development (CHE) for the "Zeit-Campus" study guide 2019/2020, the Esslingen University of Applied Sciences achieved excellent results in several courses. The Faculty of Applied Natural Sciences achieved very good results with the Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering / Paint and Varnish. Of the 26 universities that offer a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering in Germany, 18 took part in the CHE ranking. The students from Esslingen rated the general study situation, the study organization, the offers for professional orientation and cooperation with practice as very good. Esslingen has thus achieved the best rating nationwide among universities of applied sciences with the chemical engineering / paint and varnish university courses . The CHE ranking is the most comprehensive and detailed ranking in the German-speaking area. The CHE examined more than 300 universities and technical colleges. In addition to facts about studies, teaching and research, the ranking includes assessments by students about the study conditions at their university.
