Publications of the GDCh Division of Environmental Chemistry & Ecotoxicology

Since 1998, the Division has had its own membership magazine called Announcements. Until 2005, the messages (ISSN: 1617-5301 (2001-2005), 0948-6283 (until 2000)) were published by WILEY-VCH Verlag (Weinheim). Since 2006, the magazine Mitt Umweltchem Ökotox (ISSN: 1618-3258), as the communications are now called, has been published as an e-paper for download.

The current issue 1/2024 contains, among other things, 6 original articles on the topics of non-target screening with PFDScreen, PCB contamination of mine water, tire abrasion from environmental samples / plastic recycling, sewage sludge: from waste to raw material and pesticide residues in small bodies of water. In addition, an addition to the GDCh statement on the PFAS restriction proposal from ECHA and ISEGA Umweltanalytik GmbH Hanau introduces itself.

The Division has so far published 6 position papers and a memorandum on the subjects of goals and tasks of the GDCh Division of Environmental Chemistry and Ecotoxicology (2013), substance-related environmental monitoring (2007), decision of the Council for Sustainable Development "Perspectives of Coal in a Sustainable Energy Industry" from 30.09 .2003, on hydrogen technology (2003) and a declaration on ecotoxicology and ecotoxicological training (2002).
