10th SEC annual meeting, May 4-6, 2026 in Bayreuth

The 10th SEC Annual Meeting of Senior Expert Chemists (SEC) will take place in Bayreuth from May 4-6, 2026.

After two annual meetings in Saxony-Anhalt, we have decided this time to hold a Conference in southern Germany. In 2026, the Conference can also take place "under one roof" in the Arvena Hotel in downtown Bayreuth (900 m walk from the main train station).

The meeting in Bayreuth will be special in two ways: It will be the tenth time, and in 2026 we at SEC will celebrate our twentieth birthday! We invite you to this meeting now; please save the date. Preparations for the meeting are in full swing, and we will fill this website with concrete information for you at the beginning of 2025.
