After a short presentation on the strong partnership between GDCh and Wiley-VCH by Nathalie Weickgenannt, Executive Editor of Angewandte Chemie, Lisa Pecher, Senior Associate Editor Angewandte Chemie, and David Peralta, Editor-in-Chief ChemMedChem, will share insider tips for successful submissions in a workshop that is specifically tailored to the needs of master and PhD students and postdocs.

Curriculum Vitae David Peralta

Dr. David Peralta is originally from the Philippines, where he obtained degrees in Chemistry and German Studies from the Ateneo de Manila University. In 2009, he moved here for his PhD at the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ) / Universität Heidelberg, where he worked on redox biochemistry under Prof. Tobias Dick. In 2014 he joined Wiley-VCH as an Assistant Editor for ChemMedChem, ChemistryOpen, and ChemistrySelect. He has served as Editor-in-Chief of ChemMedChem since July 2017. In addition to his editorial duties, David conducts regular workshops on various science publishing and communication topics.
