Liebig Lectureship

The Liebig Association has been organizing a lecture series since 1999.

for outstanding young scientists in organic chemistry, preferably from other European countries.

This lecture series takes the award recipients – the Liebig Lecturers – on an academic tour of Germany, visiting several universities or research institutes of their choice. The Liebig Lecturer receives a prize of €4,000 for organizing the trip.

The Liebig Lecturer for 2026 is Professor Dr. Luca Dell' Amico, University of Padova/I. The lecture title and content, as well as the lecture dates, will be published on this page in due course.
