The JCF founded a team for equal opportunities at its 2019 retreat in Jena. The team wrote a statement on equal opportunities and conducted an equal opportunities workshop. The results were documented in a video. In addition, the JCF has changed its bylaws of procedure and formulated them in a gender-sensitive manner. The rules of procedure were approved by the GDCh Board in May 2020.
