In this course, participants learn the fundamentals of intercultural collaboration to unlock new personal development opportunities and understand international best practices. The ability to interact and collaborate with people from diverse cultures is crucial in today's workplace.

The aim of the course is to raise participants' awareness of German work culture, to encourage reflection on their own cultural role, and to provide practical tips for dealing with intercultural situations. Through case studies, group exercises, and discussions, participants will gain valuable tools for their Career in Germany.

Speaker

Marie-Julie Jacquemot is a French political scientist working in the field of European and international cooperation. She has extensive experience in European project management, research, and higher education. She is a freelance consultant and trainer for intercultural skills, certified by the International DAAD Academy.
