Registration

Annotations are made via the respective online registration for the conference. You can reach them via the conference website.

Cancellation conditions

If a registration is canceled before the registration deadline, the GDCh charges a processing fee of ? 25 for annual specialist group meetings and ? 40 for international events. In the event of cancellation at a later date, the participation fee must be paid in full. The date of receipt of the mail applies. If the event is canceled by the GDCh, the fees paid will be refunded in full. Further recourse claims against the organizer are excluded.

The conference fee can be paid online (credit card or PayPal) or by invoice.

value added tax

The participation fees in the scientific events of the GDCh are not subject to sales tax according to the statutory provisions (tax exemption according to § 4 No. 22a UStG).
