In a letter dated April 5th, 2022, we announced the candidates for the forthcoming board elections proposed by the current Board of the GDCh Division of Biochemistry . No further proposals were submitted from the ranks of the members. Accordingly, the election of the Board of Directors will be carried out with the following persons, all of whom have approved their candidacy:

According to the bylaws of procedure of the Division , the Board consists of six members (1x chair, 1x deputy chair, max. 4x assessors), who are each elected for a period of four years. One re-election is possible. One of the associate board members is not elected but delegated by the Board of the Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (GBM). This means that there are five people to choose from for five new positions on the Management Board.
The result of the election will be announced in the Nachrichten aus der Chemie and on the Division 's website.
