Working Group Electrochemical Analytical Methods Methods (ELACh)

The Working Group Electrochemical Analytical Methods of the GDCh Division of Analytical Chemistry is in close contact with the GDCh Division of Electrochemistry and coordinates its activities with them. The working group group deals in the broadest sense with the development and application of electrochemical analysis methods and is dedicated to the following goals and activities:


  • Maintaining and intensifying the exchange of experience as well as deepening and passing on knowledge in the field of electrochemical analysis methods
  • Maintaining international contacts, especially to other European countries
  • Promotion of young talent
  • Organization of interdisciplinary meetings

4th Cross-Border Seminar on Electroanalytical Chemistry

11-13 April 2022

The cross-border seminar (CBSEC) aims to bring graduate students from the field of electroanalytical chemistry into close contact. The program will provide a floor for intensive discussions and will pave the way for international collaborations in the research area of electroanalysis. The event is organized to commemorate one hundred years from the discovery of polarography by Prof. Jaroslav Heyrovsky.
