Registration for our advanced training events takes place exclusively online and becomes legally binding after confirmation by the GDCh. The participation fees for scientific events of the GDCh are not subject to sales tax / value added tax according to the legal provisions (tax exemption according to § 4 No. 21a) bb) UStG).
All offers of events are based on the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) and subject to acceptance of our declaration of consent for the use of personal data.
From the third booking of a company / university / college for the same GDCh advanced training course, a discount of 10% is granted on the respective participation fee (participants 1 and 2 pay the full fee, participant 3 only pays 90%, participant 4 only pays 90% % (...)).

The GDCh supports participation in the GDCh advanced training program annually by awarding sponsorship and free places. For young chemists, additional funding measures are offered for special events.
Financial resources are only available to a limited extent for sponsorship and free places. Applications will be processed in the order they are received. There is no legal entitlement to any of the funding measures mentioned.
The complete application documents must be submitted by the registration deadline so that they can be processed. The GDCh headquarters reserves the right to request additional required information from the applicant.

1. Funding places
The groups of people named below can apply for funding to participate in GDCh advanced training events. The support consists in the assumption of 80% of the respective course fee. Travel and subsistence expenses are not covered.
The following criteria apply to the granting of a funding place:

Applicants will then receive a questionnaire to record the required personal information and to check whether the requirements for a financial contribution are met.
If the free space application is not approved, it is possible to apply for a funding space (see point 1).
The GDCh supports young chemists with a series of courses specially initiated for this group of people.
Young chemists can apply for a grant of 80% of the respective course fee for these courses. Travel and subsistence expenses are not covered.
